Our restaurant’s name is a tribute to ‘’Kapari’’ (caper), a vegetable grown up in the rocky islands of the Aegean Sea.
Our menu, proudly presented by our talented Chef George Bakopoulos & his Team , is stand on the Traditional Greek Cuisine with a fresh look , based on ingredients found in Mykonos & Cyclades Islands.

This summer we are presenting exclusively Greek wines from different wine regions, with a variety of soils microclimate, superb quality and excellent accompaniment to our menu.

This is because we feel that food has an identity and flavor that reflect the area that it comes from. With wine being no exception, we have decided to organize our Wine List by region. We have picked our favorite regions of Greece and the areas that are most suited to our style of food.
Sunset colors , stunning, panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and Mykonos Town and our authentic Greek hospitality are on the menu at Kapari Restaurant, located at the rooftop of Mykonos Princess Hotel which offers private outdoor seating with only seven tables available.
